All orders will be delivered directly to the school the week of homecoming. All orders are processed once the store closes. No exchanges or returns can be made on printed items. No orders will be accepted after the deadline. We make every effort to offer items that are in stock, however, factory shortages can occur between the time that we set up the store to when we order the items after the store's deadline. If an item is back ordered beyond a reasonable amount of time, and there isn't a similar style to substitute, you will be refunded.**
